The Road to the NFL: Jack Corcoran's Draft Blog #5
Written by Jack Corcoran on 03/04/2010
One of the most frustrating things in my draft process so far is the fact that I didn't get to participate in the Scouting Combine held at Indianapolis.
I feel like I deserved to be there working out with the other fullbacks but I didn't get an invitation. I am not the type of person who dwells on negative situations. I am a positive guy.
So I have channelled all of my energy towards working out for my pro-timing day at Rutgers on March 10. On that day, it will be my chance to show the NFL coaches, general managers and scouts what I can do.
I am excited to perform. But it will also be good to see some of my former teammates who I haven't seen since we won our bowl game to finish the season.
I will check in after our pro day with a detailed description of the day's events and happenings. Thanks for reading.
Editor's Note: Best of luck Jack we'll be keeping our ear to the ground for news on March 10th. Hope you get a good attendance and all that work down in Atlanta pays off.
